The Women’s Enrichment Forum (WEF) provides our members intellectually based enrichment through learning centered connections, designed to inspire women in their personal and professional lives.

PHILOSOPHY

WEF strives to continually improve the lives of our members through learning based enrichment.  Women naturally form connections because they are in the unique and essential position of nurturing and feeding others throughout their lives.  These connections give women the ability to positively influence the world through their actions.  We believe intellectual enrichment gives women the strength and confidence to grow and evolve in ways that help unleash their talents and inspire leadership.  As women become inspired leaders, they grow both personally and professionally and through their connections, enrich and improve the lives of others.  WEF hopes to inspire women globally to be life-long learners driven by intellectual curiosity and never ending personal discovery, compassionate leaders unafraid to confront challenging issues and always open to ways in which their actions can inspire positive change in the world.

HISTORY

WEF is incorporated as a 501(c) 3 nonprofit organization.  We are membership and dues based, designed around learning centered connections.  Women’s Enrichment Forum is the vision of Founder, Meena Ariagno.

Originally called the Women’s Forum, we began in 2004 as a small group of women leaders who gathered for discussion on intellectual issues.  In 2007, the Women’s Enrichment Forum became a membership based network open to all women in our community.  Our most recent evolution in 2009 expanded WEF online through our interactive Website which encourage membership without borders and begins our next journey to connect a global community of evolving women leaders who share a passion for life-long learning and intellectual enrichment.
