WEF’s Inspired Action Initiative, in 2009/10, the focus is personal mission, My Inspired Action (MyIA).  We will support women in discovering that which they are passionate about. Through finding one’s personal mission, women will learn to say yes only to the things that really engage them and give them full confidence in saying no when something doesn’t.  Over the course of five months, we will develop a mission statement that will inform future decisions, commitments & relationships. Jeannette Hoyer, Executive Director of Pathways, shares this opportunity with us. She says, “I want women to know that the world is open to them…whatever passion is discovered can be pursued – through volunteer work, going to school, working, starting a business, running for office…the possibilities are limitless.” Thank you, Jeannette.
